Chez Pinkita - Montréal, Canada
Chez Pinkita is a testament to the power of creativity in altering the destiny of a business. Thanks to the magical application of the colour Pink, what was once a struggling laundromat, is now @chezPinkita, a contemporary creative retail space where Art & Design meet to offer consumers a delightful one of a kind experience. Creative thinking using the colour Pink has enabled this business to expand from a singular stream of revenue (Laundry) to multiple streams of revenue (Laundry, Pink Drink, Pink Candy, Pink Toys, Pink Mystery Bags and more) to fashion spread photoshoots, product collaborations and music videos, let alone it has become a landmark of the Mile-end neighbourhood in Montréal, where people come from all over the world to take photos and expand the reach of this business through organic word of mouth.
The Top 10 Cookies - Toronto, Canada
One day I woke up with one thought in my head “Who makes the best cookies in Toronto?” Even-though I certainly consider myself a man in touch with his emotions, I’m also proud to conduct myself and actions with logic. Aided by my own personal experiences tasting cookies around the city, and with a good dose of google research & out of initially 50 spots, I compiled a list of the top 15 places across Toronto to get great cookies.
I spent the day coasting Toronto, west to east and back gathering cookies along the way. With an impressive haul of cookies at my disposal, I resorted to the aid of my friends Trevor & Stephen to help evaluate the cookies. We established a judging system out of 40pts for each cookie, 10pts for each Taste/Texture/Novelty/Aesthetic. Our combined scores determined our Top 10 cookies in Toronto. Grab a glass of milk & enjoy!

YouTube Top 100 Videos - YouTube
In the early-ish days of YouTube, I had the idea with fellow creative Paul Parolin to document the Top 100 Videos at the end of 2010, all in minimal icon format. So New Years Eve 2010, we took screenshots of the top 100 videos and during the next month -with the aid of many chicken wings- we went about representing each video in it’s most minimal iconic form. A month after, we screen printed the results as a final poster that officially got YouTube’s blessing and support.
